Photo Editing – Working with RAWs

Of course, Photomate is compatible with RAWs!
The don’t need your files in their full resolution. A smaller JPEG is enough, ecological, and will save your bandwidth!
Go through the following steps:

• Export your RAWs to lightweight JPGs, as-is, without editing.
  For fast processing, we recommend to limit the size of your lightweight JPGs to 1Mb.
  You can also use our Export Template
• Upload your lightweight JPGs to Photomate, and select the XMP output format
• Download your XMP sidefiles into your photo folder

Lightroom will automatically read the XMP file and propose you to import the AI editing

Can I have an account with free credits / more credits?

Yes, first create your account in the app.
If a Welcome Offer is currently live, you can start using Photomate for free without entering any credit card.
You can later purchase new credits directly from the app.

Can you make Photomate faster?

We can Photomate even faster, by a lot!
This can be done

• Deploying Photomate closer to your region, to decrease your uploading time
• Deploying Photomate to more powerful servers, to decrease processing time

Still, we’d be more than happy to fit to your needs, especially if you require fast delivery and plan for important usage.

Which software exactly can I open Photomate’s Photo Editing images with?

• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Bridge
• Adobe Lightroom Mobile (Android and iOS)

Regular Mac or Windows finders won’t show you the non-destructive edition. An Adobe software is required.

I don’t have an Adobe license. Can I still open Photomate’s Photo Editing images?

Yes! Adobe Bridge and Adobe Lightroom Mobile can be used for free.

Can we make Photomate’s edition style closer to mine?

In some use cases, you may see Photomate as

• Not enhancing images your way
• Not performing consistently on some of your images

This can happen due to

• Your images being different from what Photomate usually sees
• Your edition style being just different from Photomate’s

What is send now, download later ?

For Annual and Enterprise plans, we offer a temporary data hosting service. This feature is disabled by default. At your demand, you can upload your photos and retrieve the results later in your inbox via WeTransfer, DropBox, Google Drive or AWS S3. Links are valid for a maximum of 7 days. Then, the data is deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data Privacy

The only personal data we store is your email address. That’s all.
You want to access your data, or correct, transfer, modify or delete it? Fill our GDPR Data form.
We also keep track of your purchases for legitimate usage: for you to access our services, and for us to send you administrative emails, important communications and invoices.

We do not store your images. They are yours. Period.

Photo Credits

Photomate.cc uses photo editing credits and quality scoring credits.
One photo editing credit is consumed per image enhanced.
One quality scoring credit is consumed per image scored.
Credits can be purchased at the rate presented in our Pricing policy, or if applicable, through specific agreements signed between you and Photomate. Credits are not refundable. Photomate reserves the right to add or remove free photo editing credits depending on its commercial policy.

Photo Processing and Outputs

As mentioned in the Data Privacy section, we do not keep your images. After your downloading, there is no trace of them in our servers. Ensure to well store your edited images and your quality scoring report in your local drive for your usage. We are not able to recover them.

It is strictly forbidden to use Photomate for non-moral or non-legal photo processing.

Terms & Conditions Modification

If our Data Privacy policy or Terms and Conditions need to be modified, we will endeavour to send you, in a proactive manner, such changes by email.
