Data Privacy
The only personal data we store is your email address. That’s all.
You want to access your data, or correct, transfer, modify or delete it? Fill our GDPR Data form.
We also keep track of your purchases for legitimate usage: for you to access our services, and for us to send you administrative emails, important communications and invoices.
We do not store your images. They are yours. Period.
Except if you asked specifically for this feature under Annual or Enterprise plans.
After your downloading, there is not trace of your images left in our servers.

Photo Credits
Photomate.cc uses photo editing credits and quality scoring credits.
One photo editing credit is consumed per image enhanced.
One quality scoring credit is consumed per image scored.
Credits can be purchased at the rate presented in our Pricing policy, or if applicable, through specific agreements signed between you and Photomate. Credits are not refundable. Photomate reserves the right to add or remove free photo editing credits depending on its commercial policy.
Photo Processing and Outputs
As mentioned in the Data Privacy section, we do not keep your images. After your downloading, there is no trace of them in our servers. Ensure to well store your edited images and your quality scoring report in your local drive for your usage. We are not able to recover them.
It is strictly forbidden to use Photomate for non-moral or non-legal photo processing.
Terms & Conditions Modification
If our Data Privacy policy or Terms and Conditions need to be modified, we will endeavour to send you, in a proactive manner, such changes by email.
